                                    While there are many different treatment options for patients with obesity, a universally accepted care model does not exist. AMGA Foundation aimed to change this through its Obesity Care Model Collaborative (OCMC), a three-year initiative that provided a framework for expanded work on this disease. Through this Collaborative, 10 of the nation's top performing medical groups and health systems came together to share strategies for treating obesity.

                                       that provided an overview of CAD/PAD, reviewed current guidelines for management, and discussed the use of targeted risk assessment tools to identify high-risk patients.
