Together 2 Goal^® was AMGA’s second National Campaign that launched in 2016 and concluded in March of 2021.

This five-year initiative mobilized more than 150 AMGA members to improve diabetes care for over one million Americans. Resources and tools are still available for use. However, this website is no longer being updated.
